Allana was picked to play for Australia during the Rugby Sevens 2013, but the knee injury that followed kept her out of the game. It took several years to Allana to return back into rugby league. Allana's first rugby league match for women was in 2015. Her performance was impressive against Queensland and also represented New South Wales.
